Where can I find a high quality popular CUSTOM tshirt PRINTING store in the CHICAGOLAND area?

I wanted to design my own shirts and buy them in bulk. Ive tried customink.com, but I would rather not have the ink blend into the shirt, because I dont want it to wear out. I want that hard ink substance that is clearly separate from the shirt, but is durable.

Tried Vista Print, but before i order i’m wondering if there’s a better price out there. Vista charges 5 bucks per image on top of the regular fees. It’s for Visual art brochures so lots of images will be needed.
