I am trying to get prints that are square but all of the photo services I have seen will only print rectangles.

How is the quality of Kinkos online print service?

Namely the more professional options for the thicker gloss stock (for sell sheets). I need it to be comparable to 4-color offset printing. Laser and inkjet prints are not an option.
