-Shirt Printing-Where I can find the good and fine quality printed clothing stuff online?

What classes and requirements do you need to open a screen printing shop to print t-shirts and other stuff?

I have asked this question already once and I havent really got the answer Im looking for so Ill ask again,
I want to know if theres a specific class or some degree I would need to open a screen printing shop were I would print shirts,bannes,on glass,mugs,etc.
What are some good tips?
